Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected? Let’s come together online for a gentle 60‑minute journey of breath, presence, and community.
What we’ll do:
Overview & intention-setting – brief intro to the breathwork, time to settle in and tune into what you need most.
Guided Conscious Connected Breath (CCB) – simple, continuous breathwork held by music, with warmth and quiet support from me.
Grounding & gentle return – ease out of the breath, rest on your mat, integrate softly.
Optional reflection – come back together to share insights (no pressure to speak).
Who this is for:
Anyone curious about breathwork—no experience needed. This is a healing, trauma-informed space, held with care and respect.
