Supervision
I have trained in both IPT (Anna Freud Centre) and integrative (online therapy institute) supervision, and I have experience offering both organisational and clinical supervision to individuals and groups, predominantly using the seven-eyed and cyclical models of supervision. These models both take into account relational, systemic, and transpersonal and embodied considerations.
I currently facilitate two reflective practice supervision groups. These are small groups of 3 or 4 therapists of diverse theoretical orientation and take place monthly. Please get in touch if you are interested in joining.
I offer an individualised approach depending upon your stage of professional development and your work setting.
I am mindful to always offer a balance of support, case consultation, and awareness of the welfare needs of the clients, and seek to make the whole process as collaborative as possible.
I can support you in working effectively and ethically and ensure there is space for reflection, integration of theory, and decision-making, with an eye always on the transference and counter-transference coming through. When I offer challenge, it comes with warmth, sensitivity, and compassion.
