A gentle online space to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.


These free sessions are an opportunity to experience conscious connected breath in a way that is steady, supported, and trauma-aware. You don’t need any prior experience,only a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably and be undisturbed for an hour.


We begin by arriving together. There is space to settle, to notice how you are, and to gently name an intention if that feels helpful. I then guide a period of conscious connected breathing, supported by carefully chosen music and a calm, attentive presence. You are always in choice. Nothing is forced; the breath is an invitation rather than a demand.


As the breathing softens, we allow time to rest and integrate. There is the option to stay afterwards for reflection and shared words, though there is no expectation to speak. Many people find the experience clarifying, grounding, or quietly releasing — sometimes subtle, sometimes more emotive.

This is a space held with care, pacing, and respect for the nervous system. You are welcome exactly as you are.
