Come to share your altered state experiences, whether transcendental, scary, troubling, inspiring, or something completely different. All is welcome, and it doesn't matter if it's recent or long ago.

Sharing is an invitation, and it is also totally okay to simply be a witness to the group. We will listen to one another with open hearts, as this is not a time to offer judgment, criticism, or even interpretation of someone else's story. If we are moved by something we have heard, we will comment on what it brings up or the themes we notice.
