Held within a trusting relationship, this personalised 1-1 support can enable deep exploration of an individual’s process to enable understanding of relational and existential wounds and grow towards a greater sense of self-acceptance, healing, and wholeness. This happens through talking, embodiment, and creative practices.

A powerful therapeutic practice that works with the body’s innate wisdom. Breathwork can be used on its own or alongside psychotherapy to help you reconnect with your body and its needs, heal trauma, loss, or feelings of disconnection, and transform patterns of dis-ease into healing and integration.

Groups
Community containers which offer opportunities for greater connection with others and ourselves. We run a mix of programmes which utilise many approaches, including reflective group process, breathwork, embodied practices, and creative expression.
